ADHESION TO THE UNITED NATIONS GLOBAL COMPACT

DINSERTA CENTRO ESPECIAL DE EMPLOYMENT is an entity attached to the United Nations Global Compact and annually prepares its CSR report in accordance with the 10 principles of the Global Compact. 

 

It is an instrument freely assigned by companies and labor and civil organizations that commit to implement Ten Principles of Conduct and Action in their strategy and operations , which are related to respect for human rights, labor standards and the environment and the fight against corruption._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d

 

The ten principles are derived from:​

  • The Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

  • The Declaration of the International Labor Organization on Fundamental Principles and Labor Rights.

  • The Rio Declaration of the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development.

  • The United Nations Convention against Corruption.

 

The 10 Principles of the Global Compact are:

1. Businesses must support and respect the protection of human rights

fundamental, internationally recognized, within its sphere of influence.

 

2. Companies must ensure that their companies are not complicit in the violation of human rights.

 

3. Companies must support the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining.

 

4. Companies must support the elimination of all forms of forced or coerced labor.

 

5. Companies must support the eradication of child labor.

 

6. Businesses should support the abolition of discriminatory practices in employment and occupation.

 

7. Companies must maintain a preventive approach that favors the environment.

 

8. Companies must encourage initiatives that promote greater environmental responsibility.

 

9. Companies must promote the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies.

 

10Businesses should work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.
